Ep 121 was Hidden Empire 1 and the comic episodes set between Crimson Reign & Hidden Empire are 114 for Bounty Hunters, 115 for Star Wars, 117 for Doctor Aphra, 119 for Darth Vader, and Crimson Reign 5 was tackled in ep 110! Star Wars: Comics In Canon: Hidden Empire Emerges: Qi’ra Speaks With Palpatine, Aphra Fights The Spark Eternal & The Bounty Hunters Attack The Empire (HE1, DA27 & BH29) – Ep 121

THE CRIMSON REIGN IS OVER AS THE HIDDEN EMPIRE EMERGES! For ep 121, Mike delves into the first issue in the final chapter of the Qi’ra trilogy, including the crossover comics too! Qi’ra activates the Fermata Cage against Palpatine and speaks with him directly all while her agents cause chaos for the empire. Meanwhile, Aphra fights the Spark Eternal for control of her body, Sana Starros makes a deal with a Tagge and the Bounty Hunters crew fight the Empire, unknowingly going against their former crewmate; Beilert Valance!

AFTER WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS, CRIMSON DAWN EMERGES! In ep 97, Mike embarks on four comics set after War Of The Bounty Hunters, but just before the Crimson Reign crossover event starts, where Beilert Valance is reconstructed by Vader, Luke travels to numerous Jedi-related planets, Vader locates Crimson Dawn agents within the Empire and Aphra searches for ancient artifacts with Sana Starros! Mike also provides info on Burnin Konn, Ilum, Lothal and other planets Luke travels to!

This story is set after Empire Strikes Back (& after the first runs of the Star Wars, Darth Vader & Doctor Aphra comics & WoBH) and the reading order is BH18>SW19>DV18>DA16.

This episode was first released on the feed of Comics In Motion, in June 2022.

BH17 was released 1st December 2021 and was written by Ethan Sacks with Ramon Bachs as artist and Bryan Valenza as colour artist. SW19 was released 8th December 2021 and was written by Charles Soule, with Mario Castiello as artist and Rachelle Rosenberg as colour artist. DV18 was released 1st December 2021, was written by Greg Pak with Leonard Kirk as artist and Alex Sinclair as colour artist.
